How do you meet with me if you're not local?

Even though we may not be local to your location/region, we are able to meet via Skype, Google Hangouts, or virtually any other face-to-face virtual communication platform. We are also able to screen share, which makes showing us your ideas very easy!

By communicating virtually, or via telephone, you are able to get in touch with us whenever you need us. Gone are the times of waiting for a few days so we can book an appointment and travel to your destination. We want to make this as seamless as possible and get your website on the right path!

How do you handle milestones and communication?

Our team handles milestones with no problem. At the beginning of every project, we send out a detailed project agreement which will include milestones, payment terms, deadlines, and all of the information from the brief/what you need us to do.

We will provide updates frequently, and let you know if ETAs change or problems arise that are out of our control. We handle every situation professionally and respond immediately. Because we work remotely, you'll never need to wait for a response. Our team works 24/7/365 to provide you with responses and updates.
