I just want to say that Dave at Create Azure has become a life-line for me as a front-end Wordpress designer and whenever I need assistance with a plugin or especially when I need him to migrate a site to a new server, he always comes through for me. He's the best there is as far as I'm concerned. Don't use him so much though because I still need him to have some time available for my tasks! :)
There are so many hackers out that who honestly think they know WordPress and insist that they can help you, but in reality, only have a superficial understanding of programming. Dave is a rare breed of a professional developer who can actually get the job done efficiently. Because he is knowledgeable as well as responsive and forthright, Create Azure will remain on the top of my go-to list.
